Geralt’s Beard Grows as Time Passes in Witcher 3.
Developer CD Projekt Red has revealed that hero Geralt’s beard will grow as time passes in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
“The beard grows as time passes and when Geralt moves between locations,” we were told. “The beard has several “states” and these states determine its length – the longest is realy long but it’s not Gandalf-long. When you download the free Beard and Hairstyle DLC the growth of the beard will stop because we decided that when players want a predefined look, it would be weird to require from them to reapply it time after time.”
It’s a sure weird story, but that’s why I felt I had to mention it.
Not sure if beard growth is a selling point.

The new content includes an Amiibo section on the main menu, changes to the themes and good old “improvements to system stability and usability”.
The new Amiibo area replicates what is already available on New 3DS. The Amiibos can be registered and given nicknames, once the NFC peripheral comes to old 3DS of course.
